Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reasons, within 14 days from the day on which they receive the goods.R.L.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

Before the deadline expires, inform Over Manufacturer S.R.L. of your decision with an explicit statement sent to info@overtailor.com, or by using the form available on the Withdraw here page. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before its expiration.

Return of products

Products must be returned without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal, to the address that will be indicated to you via email. The return is free of charge: the shipping costs for the return are borne by Over Manufacturer S.R.L. We will provide you with instructions for shipment via email.

Garments must be returned intact, unworn, and unwashed, with original labels and packaging. The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refund

Within 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs for a delivery method other than the standard one). The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, at no cost to the customer. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of their shipment, whichever occurs first.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers (natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their professional activity). The rights regarding the Legal Guarantee remain unaffected.
