General Terms of Sale

1. Seller

The website zepter.fashion is operated by Over Manufacturer S.R.L., registered office Via Rimini 37, 59100 Prato (PO), Italy – VAT and Tax code 14159900969 – REA PO-627018 – Share capital € 10,000.00 fully paid – PEC: overmanufacturersrl@pec.it – Email: info@overtailor.com ("Seller"). Zepter Fashion, Philip Zepter and ZEST by Philip Zepter are brands sold by the Seller.

2. Scope

These Terms govern distance sales of the products offered on zepter.fashion. If you are a consumer, the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence apply and prevail over any less favourable clause. The Terms in force are those published when the order is placed.

3. Products

The main characteristics of each product are shown on its product page. Images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual product (for example, colours shown on screen).

4. Prices

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. For deliveries outside the European Union, local duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when you complete your order with the purchase button and receive the confirmation email. The Seller keeps a copy of the order; you can view your orders in "My account". The contract is concluded in Italian or English, depending on the language chosen on the site.

6. Payment

Payment is made with the methods shown at checkout, through Shopify Payments (credit and debit cards and other available methods) and PayPal. The Seller does not receive or store full payment card details.

7. Pre-order products

Some products are sold on pre-order: the estimated shipping date is shown on the product page. If there is a delay, the Seller will inform you by email; you may cancel the order and receive a full refund if delivery does not take place within the stated period or, if none is stated, within 30 days of the order.

8. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times, costs and methods are shown on the Shipping page and at checkout. The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer only upon delivery.

9. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason; returns are free of charge. Terms and procedure are described on the Right of withdrawal and Returns and refunds pages; you can also withdraw online on the Withdraw here page.

10. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. Details on the Legal guarantee page.

11. Liability

The Seller is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to consumers by law.

12. Personal data

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

13. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints and requests can be sent to info@overtailor.com or to the PEC address overmanufacturersrl@pec.it. Consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution procedures provided by law.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
