Legal warranty

All products sold on zepter.fashion are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which is reserved for consumers.

Duration

The seller, Over Manufacturer S.R.L., is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery of the goods. Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that defects that appear within one year of delivery already existed at that date.

How to report a defect

The defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery by writing to info@overtailor.com, including the order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the product.

Remedies

In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled, at no cost, to have the goods brought into conformity by repair or replacement. In cases provided for by law, the consumer may request a proportional reduction in price or termination of the contract.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, failure to follow the washing and care instructions on the label, or the natural characteristics of the materials.

The legal guarantee is in addition to the Right of Withdrawal and does not replace it.
