You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Returns are free of charge. Full terms are on the Right of withdrawal page.

Withdraw online

Fill in the form at the bottom of this page with your name, email and, in the message, your order number and the items you are returning, then press "Recedi dal contratto" (Withdraw from contract). We will email you an acknowledgement of your withdrawal and free return instructions.

Alternatively, you can send a clear statement to info@overtailor.com or to the PEC address overmanufacturersrl@pec.it, also using the model form below (optional).
